Ballston Beach in Truro had another breakthrough with this recent storm, effectively making North Truro and Provincetown into an island at high tide.

Chip, these are breathtaking photos of the event, and you saved the best for last. It must have been quite thrilling to see nature in action against our puny efforts at control; a pointed lesson in why not to build on dynamic coasts. Great eyewitness job!
